Area residents will wait no more for this “state of the art” Christian preschool opening the fall of 2010. Parkway Children’s Day School, a ministry of Parkway United Methodist Church, will officially open its doors to area preschoolers from the ages of 24 months thru 5 years on August 31st, 2010 at 9 a.m.
“This preschool is a step God is leading us to. It will be a huge asset to Parkway’s overall program especially our children’s ministry,” says Marty Vershel, Senior Pastor of Parkway United Methodist Church “ and it provides an enormous benefit for the community”.
“Dedicated and passionate teachers will guide our preschoolers in a theme oriented play based learning environment. With the precise blend of materials and activities, our children will experience the best of what a Christian Preschool has to offer,” says Tina Moran, Director of Enrollment and Family Relations.
The preschool facility is equipped with 14 new spacious classrooms, a computer lab, chapel, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a nature center and so much more.
The children attending PCDS will greatly benefit from the play based learning centers, chapel, computers, Spanish instruction, music and more. An outstanding Christian pre-school at an exceptional value. “We finally are able to offer area residents the type of preschool they have been looking for,” says Pastor Vershel.
