TelfairLife 2010 Scholarship Program
In conjunction with the Fort Bend Education Foundation, TelfairLife is calling for applications for three college scholarships that will be awarded to high school seniors living in Telfair.
Each scholarship will award $2,000 to a high school senior who is a current resident of Telfair and who plans to enroll as a freshman in a four-year accredited undergraduate program for the upcoming fall 2010 semester.
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of leadership, academic achievement and financial need. The application deadline is March 11, 2010.
Education is one of five areas of focus for TelfairLife, which describes its mission as providing programs, activities and services to facilitate and enhance community life in Telfair and the greater Fort Bend community.
